Our stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view, but we faced issues with noise and temperature control that made it difficult to sleep. The location was beautiful, perfect for golf lovers and those wanting to relax, though there were some limitations on nearby amenities. Dining options were nice but on the pricier side. Overall, while the hotel had potential, the disturbances during our stay were quite unfortunate.

Rooms
9.0
The room was large, featuring a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a stunning view of the golf course and mountains. It was incredibly spacious, making it feel like a comfortable condo.
Service
7.0
The service we received was decent, but it felt like the staff were more focused on assisting the golfers rather than all guests equally. They were polite, though.
Location
8.0
The hotel is beautifully situated on Bear Mountain, with fantastic views, but the immediate area is pretty limited in terms of activities. It was a bit of a drive to get to downtown Victoria.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience with a great atmosphere, but I found the prices to be higher than I'd expected.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were generally good, though the pool required a walk to another building, which was a bit inconvenient.

6.8/10

I had a relaxing family vacation at this hotel, which is set in a beautiful location, though it's more focused on golf and golf-related amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the mountains and golf course. However, the pool access was a bit inconvenient, as it required walking to a separate building, and the service regarding room cleaning was below expectations during my stay.

Rooms
9.0
The corner golf view suite was spacious and quiet, featuring two bathrooms, a living area, a separate bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Service
6.0
The service was mostly friendly, but I encountered some issues regarding housekeeping, which detracted from my experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located on Bear Mountain, which is great for golf enthusiasts, but it lacks nearby activities and dining options outside the hotel.
Dining
7.0
The on-site restaurants offered good food but were on the pricier side, and breakfast options involved pre-ordering the night before.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are nice, but the pool accessibility is a downside since it requires a trek to a different location.

5.4/10

I was really looking forward to my visit, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. While the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, the dining experience left a lot to be desired and the location is inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean, but the service and facilities could use some improvements.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. However, it did get rather warm even with the heat off and the window open.
Service
7.0
The service was efficient and pleasant, but there were some inconsistencies that impacted the overall experience.
Location
5.0
The location is quite a distance from downtown, making it less convenient for anyone wanting to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing with overpriced and underwhelming food options.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities are lacking, especially the pool area which gets crowded during peak times, making it hard to relax.

7.2/10

I had a wonderful time at this upscale resort, which is perfect for golfers. The suite I stayed in was spacious and provided stunning views of the golf course. While the common areas had a charming clubhouse feel, the main downside for me was that the pool wasn't directly associated with the resort, and I expected more personalized service for the price. Overall, it's a fantastic spot if you're looking to hit the links, but I wish there were more amenities for non-golfers.

Rooms
9.0
The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. I appreciated the kitchen facilities and the large bathroom.
Service
7.0
The service was quite good overall. However, I was a bit let down that the beverage cart didn't come around as often as expected on the golf course.
Location
8.0
The location is beautiful and serene, perfect for golf enthusiasts. It's a bit away from the hustle of downtown, which I enjoyed.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast options were decent in the Fira lounge, I found them to be somewhat limited and the dining experience could be improved.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities are nice, but I was disappointed that the pool is not attached to the hotel and lack of poolside service is a drawback.
